This site was developed for Jeffrey Davis, a real estate agent in the Kansas City area. Mr. Davis wanted a site that would allow him to communicate with his clients throughout the buying or selling process.  He wanted to provide useful information to educate people who are new to the process.  Finally, he wanted to be able to give his clients a single resource from which they could search available listings, get detailed information about his services, and learn about other related services they may need.

The site was created using PHP, XHTML, CSS and Javascript.  It uses a customized content management system allowing Mr. Davis to add and update the specific types of pages he needs and has been integrated with the Real Estate Multiple Listing Service for his area.

In order to assist clients who are relocating,  information about the various communities in which he does business was included and Google Maps is used to show these places in relation to the  greater metropolitan area.

Also incorporated into the site is a News section which uses a blogging interface allowing Mr. Davis to communicate timely information to his audience.
